NewsPortvision 2030 insufficient In Transportation News Adstrat partner Gérard Brockhoff gives his views and feedback on Portvision 2030 of the Rotterdam Harbour Authority. The projections are too optimistic because they do not take into account the impact of competitive activity of other ports in North Western Europe. The sum of their growth plans is way in excess of the real growth of the container volumes. They all expect to gain market share at the expense of the others without strategies for achieving this.
